After the presentation of assignment 1, I replace the word “perception” with “art-viewing experience” and that lead my assignment 2 focus on the digital art-viewing experience. After this series of explorations in the digital site, I’d like to explore the residential art-viewing experience for the major proposal. I’m thinking of creating an exhibition in my living apartment. The display area is restricting to some covert areas such as the lower part of the wall or the ceiling. The purpose is to ask viewers to have specific gestures or movements when viewing. The isolation area is to protect the artworks. Both areas should not influence the daily routine. For artworks, I might make it by myself so that I am acting like an artist and curator at the same time. For now, the scope of artworks is specific to some offcuts made products.
